Release the Equity Agenda's 2023 platform, outlining five bold steps NYS lawmakers can and must take now to transform our economy. Check out recent coverage on Capital Tonight and WCNY’s Capitol Pressroom.
Grow the coalition to more than 45 members, representing a strong cross-section of community and labor organizations and cooperatives from all across the state.
Build unprecedented support for public banking, including by organizing a major day of action in Albany, at which dozens of groups called on legislators to pass the New York Public Banking Act.
Deliver hard-hitting testimony before the NYS Legislature, underscoring the need for public investment in community development financial institutions, public banks, community land trusts, worker co-ops, and other community wealth-building.
